Every story begins with a spark. For me, that spark was ignited right in the heart of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Born and raised in the North East, my obsession with the written word began long before I truly understood its power. As a little girl, I didn't just read stories, I wrote them. By the time I hit secondary school, my voice was already demanding to be heard. I began winning local writing competitions and even had the honor of seeing my early work published in North East Poetry Anthologies.

Yet, life often takes us on detours. I went to university to pursue a degree in Business Management, diving headfirst into a world of logic, strategy, and spreadsheets. But you can never truly silence a storyteller. No matter how deep I went into the business world, my love for writing always spoke to me, calling me back to the page.
My literary journey has been a tapestry of emotion, travel, and evolution. I first captured the quiet, introspective corners of human nature in my collection, Thoughtful Poetry. Later, a transformative chapter spent away in the USA inspired Wanderlust, a vivid reflection of travel, discovery, and the pull of the unknown.
But it was my transition into fiction that unlocked a darker, more gripping realm of storytelling. With my novel, The Coincidence, I wanted to bridge the gap between passion and peril. What starts as a one woman story, quickly takes a sharp, dark turn, proving that the things we think are normal are often the most dangerous encounters of all.
What’s Next on the Horizon?
As a proud member of the Romantic Novelists' Association, I am currently deep in the writing trenches, penning the highly anticipated second book in The Coincidence series. The stakes are higher, the romance is more intense, and the twists are even darker. I absolutely cannot wait to share this next chapter with you.
